Viktoriya Gaponski is a 6' tall redheaded model from the Ukraine and a contributing writer to 100 Ways to Make a History (in NYPL's Rare Books Collection).

She comes from a historical port city Odessa. Odessians are known for their distinct sense of humor and their founder, Catherine the Great. Viktoriya hails from a long line of smart and creative women from mother's side, all who ran off with poor, but extremely handsome men!

She went to John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Showed up to pistol shooting class in heels. Left the dream of being a lawyer for Journalism and after covering a murder case decided to stick to what came naturally—fashion.

Viktoriya uses the same tactic to match people romantically as she does clothes—there are no rules, you can look great in anything, the key is to sync with it.

A man once asked her why she wouldn't date him. She responded with: "it's like fashion—you see so many beautiful things on the hangers or on other women; but when you try it on it just doesn't fit." He high-fived her.

Viktoriya's life motto is "get rid of the basics and stick to the statement pieces."
Viktoriya's Tawkify Tips

1. Treat the call as a date; if you don't pick up the phone—you stood the person up.

2. Don't complain. Concentrate on the positive. It's Monday! A brand new week for brand new adventures!
