Hey Saturday Photo Contest Conditions

This competition is open to residents of the US aged 18 years or over, who are willing and able to travel to Los Angeles or New York City for the photo shoot.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2.  Entry should be submitted by 1/1/2019.

  3.  All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date.

  4.  Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

  5.  The winning entry will be chosen at random by Hey Saturday founder, Saskia Nelson, or a nominated judge as chosen by her. The winner will be notified within ten days of the closing date of the competition (The closing date is X) and the prize will be valid for up to six months from the closing date.

  6.  One entrant shall win a Big Adventure photo shoot worth £167 to take place at a mutually convenient time and place in either Silver Lake or Abbot Kinney, Los Angeles. The Big Adventure photo shoot consists of up to one hour shooting time and delivery of 6 of the best images edited and lightly retouched, provided as high resolution digital files.

  7.  In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to technical problems, (camera failure or exposure problems), Photographer will reshoot.

  8. The images chosen by Hey Saturday for editing and retouching will be final.

  9.  The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.  The prize can’t be used in conjunction with any other prize or offer.

  10.  Copyright on all images is retained by Hey Saturday photography. Resulting images may be used by Hey Saturday photography for publicity purposes.

  11.  Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
