Manager of PR and Community Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader (either Manager or Director level) to elevate our brand presence, expand our reach, and drive meaningful engagement across key audiences. This role will oversee PR, social media, and initiatives that strengthen our customer base. Key Responsibilities

• Public Relations & Thought Leadership
• Develop and execute PR strategies to augment Tawkify’s positioning as the leading voice in modern relationships.
• Cultivate media relationships and secure high-impact placements across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
• Identify and leverage trends, data, and storytelling opportunities to enhance brand credibility.
• Social Media & Content Strategy
• Lead a compelling social media strategy that engages and expands our audience across platforms.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
• Marketplace Growth & Community Expansion
• Develop initiatives that organically attract a diverse and vibrant community to our matchmaking ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that highlight the value of our services.
• Identify partnerships, events, and activations that introduce new audiences to our brand.

Who You Are

• A strategic marketer with 5 to 7+ years of experience in PR, or brand/audience growth.
• A strong communicator with a track record of securing media coverage and shaping brand narratives.
• A creative and analytical thinker who understands how to leverage social media for engagement and acquisition.
• Passionate about relationships, human connection, and building thriving communities.
